Foy Mills, Jr., Ph.D. has a wealth of experience in the agricultural industry, with a focus on peanuts and tree nuts. From serving as a VP of Ag Systems at JLA International, Inc. to holding leadership positions at various universities, including Lubbock Christian University, Sam Houston State University, and Abilene Christian University, Foy has dedicated over four decades to teaching, research, and administration in higher education. With a background in agricultural economics and business, Foy has been instrumental in developing and leading award-winning agribusiness programs and providing expertise in food quality and safety systems on an international scale.
