Jessica Pickul

Jessica Pickul serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager at JLA Public Involvement since January 2012, focusing on public outreach for various transportation, land use, water resources, and environmental projects. Notable projects include the Willamette Falls and Aloha Reedville Livability Study. Previous experience includes a role as Program Manager for General Growth Properties, where Jessica led sustainability initiatives, developed branding strategies, and coordinated training for over 4,200 employees. Jessica’s educational background includes a degree in Community Planning & Change from Portland State University.
