Michelle Mongeon Allen, FAIA is currently the Chief Executive Officer at JLG Architects, a position Michelle has held since 2017. Michelle has been with the company since January 2000, starting as a Project Architect and working their way up through various roles including Partner and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to JLG Architects, Michelle worked as a Project Architect at YHR Partners from 1993 to 2000. Michelle earned their Bachelor of Architecture degree from North Dakota State University in 1993.
