Cara Killackey Lee

Cara Killackey Lee currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Capital Formation at JLL Partners, starting in January 2024, where responsibilities include leading capital formation and investor relations for private equity funds focused on healthcare, aerospace & defense, and business services. Prior to this role, Cara was a Principal in Investor Relations at I Squared Capital from February 2020 to January 2024, overseeing capital raising and co-investments in private equity infrastructure. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Client Solutions at Partners Group, managing fundraising campaigns, and holding positions at Probitas Partners, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, Protiviti, and J.P. Morgan, with a strong background in internal audit, capital markets, and financial analysis. Cara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance with a minor in French from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has further education from ESCP Business School.
