Alex Liu, MMH, is a seasoned marketing professional specializing in strategy and operations within the real estate, travel, and hospitality sectors. They founded Piquant Hospitality Solutions and led numerous digital transformation projects across the AMEA region. Previously, Alex held prominent roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, Campbell-Ewald Advertising, and Sabre Corporation, where they drove customer engagement and growth through innovative marketing strategies and operational efficiencies. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director, Global Consulting Marketing Lead at JLL. Alex earned a Master's degree in Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
