Allison Huckstepp

Allison Huckstepp currently serves as Executive Vice President of Life Sciences at JLL since October 2022 and is a founding member of Bay Area Healthtech and Bioscience Leaders (BAHBL) since 2019, where the group addresses the needs of mission-driven businesses through networking and insights sharing. Prior to these roles, Allison held multiple positions at T3 Advisors, including Managing Director and Principal focused on Life Sciences from September 2017 to October 2022, and worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Takeda from May 2014 to September 2017. Additional experience includes working as an Account Executive in Healthcare at Weber Shandwick and serving as a Media Relations & Communications Intern at Kroenke Sports Enterprises. Education was pursued at the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of New Haven, with a study abroad program in Barcelona, Spain.
