Amy Franks

Amy Franks graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a B.A. in Tourism and Hospitality Management, with honors. They began their career in Aramark's Management Training Program, quickly ascending roles, including Food Service Manager and Catering Director. After working for several firms, including FedEx and Unidine, Amy joined JLL, where they currently serve as Workplace Experience Lead. In this role, they support various clients on strategy and mobilization projects and facilitate a hospitality training program. Amy is passionate about driving innovation and building meaningful relationships in the business and customer realms.
