Andre Mari Silva

Andre Mari Silva is a Portfolio Director and Property Management Specialist who excels at coordinating maintenance, managing budgets, and fostering positive landlord-tenant relationships. They began their career as a Project Engineer at International Elevator and Equipment Inc in 2012 and later served as a Property Engineer at First Oceanic Property Management, Inc from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Facilities Manager at The SM Store. Currently, Andre holds the position of Senior Property Manager at JLL. They earned an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completing their studies in 2012.
