Andrew Smith is a highly motivated sales professional with over 10 years of experience in strategic lead generation and relationship cultivation. They served as a Senior Sales Associate at Chicago Investment Advisory from 2017 to 2022, where they led the entire sales lifecycle and developed innovative marketing strategies. Currently, they co-found The Healing, an organization focused on changing the narrative around male vulnerability and wellness for Black and Brown men.
