Andy Minnis

Andy Minnis is a Health and Safety professional with 20 years of experience in Life Sciences and the Public Sector. Currently serving as EMEA HSSE Director (Life Sciences) at JLL, they lead HSSE processes and promote a proactive safety culture. Previously, Andy held significant roles at organizations such as UK Biobank and UCL, where they provided leadership, ensured compliance, and implemented health and safety strategies across complex environments. Andy also has experience in managing health and safety teams and cultivating positive safety cultures in various high-stakes settings. They are pursuing an MSc in Health and Wellbeing at Leeds Trinity University.
