Benjamin Roopenian is a seasoned Real Estate Advisor with extensive experience in both tenant coordination and commercial real estate advisory. They began their career at CBRE from 2012 to 2013, where they worked on a team to manage multi-tenanted office buildings and mitigate risks for large tenants. After a role as a Bankruptcy and Real Estate Paralegal, Benjamin joined JLL in 2019, progressing to Senior Vice President and now serves as Executive Vice President. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in Commercial Real Estate Finance at Boston University and Public Policy and Law at Trinity College-Hartford.
