Bill Adair

Bill Adair is the Senior Managing Director at JLL Nashville, where they lead agency leasing. They previously served as Vice President of Marketing & Leasing at Alex S. Palmer & Company from 2014 to 2015 and held various roles at JLL, including Executive Vice President and Vice President, from 2020 to 2023. Earlier in their career, Bill worked as an Internal Wholesaler at AXA Distributors between 2000 and 2003. Bill earned a degree from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2004 to 2006.
