Bob Richards

Bob Richards is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Executive Managing Director at JLL since August 2023. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2018 and was President of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners from July 2001 to February 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Principal at Trammell Crow Company and as a Broker at Spaulding & Slye, focusing on tenant and landlord representation in the Cambridge and Longwood Medical areas. Bob began a career in broadcasting as a sportscaster for CNN Sports and CNN Headline News from May 1981 to February 1987. Educationally, Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Dartmouth College and attended Noble & Greenough School.
