Bridget Grams

Bridget Grams is the Managing Director at JLL, where they focus on restructuring commercial real estate sites and optimizing lease agreements. Previously, they served as Vice President of Franchise Development and Real Estate at Houlihan’s Restaurants, overseeing franchise sales and asset dispositions during bankruptcy. Bridget has extensive experience in financial restructuring, including planning for Chapter 11 cases and conducting due diligence in real estate. With a BA in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, they have also held leadership roles in various organizations, such as the International Council of Shopping Centers. In their personal time, Bridget enjoys traveling, hot yoga, Pilates, and hosting gatherings with family and friends.
