Caroline Ayre

Caroline Ayre is a technology and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in the computer networking and semiconductor industries. They currently serve as the Director of Lab Planning at JLL for Google, after holding the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Cisco, where they managed global lab operations and drove strategic initiatives for efficiency and scalability. Previous roles included Director of Engineering at Numonyx and Senior Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation, where they focused on analytical lab techniques and budget management. Caroline holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Duke University and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at Stanford University, alongside a Program/Project Management Certificate from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
