Charlie MacIldowie

Charlie Macildowie is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in investment sales across the Asia-Pacific region, particularly in Japan. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at JLL since October 2011, Macildowie leads a team of hospitality investment specialists in Tokyo and has successfully advised on significant transactions, such as the Seibu Portfolio acquisition for GIC. Previously, Macildowie held the position of Senior Vice President in Singapore, focusing on investment sales throughout the APAC region, and has a history of notable transactions including the Kanuhura Maldives. Earlier roles include Vice President positions, where Macildowie specialized in asset disposal and acquisition within the European Hotel Capital Markets Team, and experience in various real estate sectors as a trainee surveyor. Macildowie holds a BSc in Investment and Finance in Property from the University of Reading.
