Dan Schibel, MBA, is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as Principal at Reduced Footprints, where they partner with organizations to navigate ESG requirements. Previously, they held the position of Global Sustainability Manager at Aveda, leading several impactful sustainability initiatives, including the installation of solar arrays and the pursuit of B Corp certification. Dan's extensive background includes roles at EY, Fairview Health Services, and General Mills, where they contributed significantly to various sustainability and environmental health programs. Dan is also pursuing a Master's in Business Administration and a Teaching Certification in Science, building on a foundation in Biology and Environmental Studies from Macalester College.
