Dave Berglund

Dave Berglund is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 16 years of experience. Starting as a Senior Associate Broker at NAI Welsh from October 2004 to July 2011, focus was on commercial real estate sales and leasing, specifically tenant representation in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. Following this, Dave served as Vice President and later as Senior Vice President at Colliers International from August 2011 to July 2020, specializing in investment sales of office and industrial properties in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas. Currently, as Senior Managing Director and Co-Office Head at JLL Capital Markets since July 2020, Dave leads efforts in developing the capital markets investment advisory practice in Minneapolis.
