David Beales

David Beales is an Operations Manager at JLL, where they have been employed since 2016. They previously held various management roles at SA Water from 2010 to 2014, including Capital Program Manager, where they oversaw a significant capital plan. Before their time at JLL, David served as Operations Manager at Savills Australia & New Zealand from 2014 to 2016. David studied at the University of Adelaide, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering, and they are currently pursuing a Diploma of Property Services at the Real Estate Training College. They also hold a Graduate Diploma in Business from Monash University.
