Derrick Tate currently serves as the EMEA Head of Consulting at JLL since February 2025. Prior to this role, Derrick was a Managing Director at PwC from June 2016 to January 2025, focusing on Facilities Management Advisory and Middle East Giga Projects, while also being a member of PwC's Global Real Estate Leadership Board and Global Digital Real Estate Community. Derrick's earlier experience at PwC includes positions as Director and Assistant Director in Corporate Finance. Before joining PwC, Derrick worked as a Senior Consultant at IBM Global Business Services and as Head of Facilities at the Competition Commission. Derrick holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Queen's University Belfast and an MSc in Facilities Management from the University of Westminster.
