David Linden

David Linden serves as the Executive Director and Head of Energy Transition at Westwood Global Energy Group since October 2020, where responsibilities include defining and implementing energy transition offerings and hosting the "Energy Transition Now" podcast. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Wood Mackenzie from October 2011 to May 2020, including Director of Power & Renewables/Energy Transition Consulting for EMEA, where project management and strategic consulting across the energy value chain were key focuses. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at Mott MacDonald, BP, Corus, and tesa, building a diverse background in energy, regulatory analysis, and commercial strategy. David holds a BSc (Hons) in International Management and German from the University of Bath.
