Dhaval Kamdar

Dhaval Kamdar is an accomplished finance and audit professional with extensive experience in managing internal audit functions. Currently serving as Managing Director for Global Internal Audit at JLL since July 2025, Dhaval has previously held senior roles at Northern Trust Corporation from May 2016 to August 2025, including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Dhaval's career also includes positions such as Internal Audit Manager at Essendant and Senior - Internal Audit at Argo Group, as well as auditing roles at The Siegfried Group and Plante & Moran PLLC, where expertise in financial statement audits and SOX compliance was developed. Early professional experience includes a portfolio valuation internship at Spectrum Global Fund Administration. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
