Dolly Kakullavarapu

Dolly Kakullavarapu possesses extensive experience in space planning and project management within the architecture and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as a Global Lead (Director) for Program and Efficiency Delivery at JLL since May 2023, Dolly previously held a pivotal role as a Senior Occupancy Planner for Morgan Stanley in the EMEA region. Prior to JLL, Dolly worked at CBRE UK, where responsibilities included managing space planning for American Express, and at CBRE Asia Pacific, overseeing space operations for Microsoft in India. Earlier roles included project management at Hermon Designers and project coordination at ManpowerGroup, with a solid foundation in design advisory at Finemake. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Construction Project Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Architecture from Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University. Dolly is currently pursuing MRICS accreditation.
