Doug Childers

Doug Childers is the Senior Managing Director and co-Head of the Affordable Housing Platform at JLL, where they focus on multi-housing transactions with affordable housing restrictions. Over the past three years, their team has facilitated the disposition of over $5 billion in affordable housing assets. Previously, Doug held positions as Managing Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler and Associate Director at the Affordable Housing Group of Apartment Realty Advisors. Doug earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1999 to 2003.
