Eddie Cull

Eddie Cull is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor and Associate Director at JLL Ireland, where they manage prestigious shopping centres and retail parks. With an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Diploma in Shopping Centre Management, Eddie has extensive experience in lease contract negotiation, operational management, and facilities management. Prior to JLL, Eddie was a Senior Asset Manager at Marlet Property Group and held various roles including Retail & Estates Director at Parker Green International and Estate Manager at Dublin Airport Central. Their career began as the Centre Manager at Quays Shopping and Leisure Centre, where they successfully oversaw operational systems from pre-opening through to launch.
