Edward Reed, Jr., M.S., ProFM, is an award-winning operations leader with extensive experience in client services and management. They served as the Regional Senior Director of Client Services for C&W Services from 2021 to 2025 and held various leadership roles, including Administrator at the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice and Regional Director for Higher Education at National Management Resources Corporation from 2013 to 2021. Edward also briefly worked as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President at Corporate Services Management America in 2021. Currently, they are the VP/Senior Director at JLL and are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Keiser University, expected to conclude in 2026.
