Spencer Hyatt

Spencer Hyatt started their work experience in 2005 as a Development Manager at Miles Properties, Inc. In 2009, they joined EverBank as the AVP, REO Manager and later became the Vice President, CRE Underwriting Manager. In 2014, they moved to Signet Real Estate Group as Vice President - Development and eventually became the Senior VP, Managing Director in March 2020, which is their current position.

Spencer Hyatt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Alabama from 2000 to 2004. Spencer then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida from 2010 to 2011.
