Francesca Spiller

Francesca Spiller is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in Central London investment properties. Since June 2015, Francesca has served as a Director at JLL, focusing on the acquisition and disposal of properties for UK and international investors. Prior to JLL, Francesca worked as an Associate at Savills from September 2010 to June 2015, gaining comprehensive experience in retail and office investments, including significant transactions exceeding £100 million. Notable projects include the acquisition of the New Oxford Street Estate for approximately £16 million, the purchase of National Magazines House for £67 million, and the sale of a property on Fulham Road for £2 million. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a BTEC in Fine Art from Loughborough University.
