Franco Falbo, CPM, RPA, has over 30 years of experience in real estate management and asset management. From August 1994 to March 2023, Franco served as Director of Real Estate Management at Manulife Investment Management, overseeing the Ottawa-Gatineau and Atlantic Canada portfolio. Franco also held the position of Past President and Past Chair of the REIC/IREM Ottawa Chapter/Council since March 2012, while currently serving as Vice Chair and Treasurer on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Villa Marconi Long Term Care Centre & Marconi Centre. Prior to this, Franco was General Manager at Campeau Corporation and Director of Asset Management at Manulife Investment Management. Franco's educational background includes a Business Administration degree from Algonquin College, an Executive Real Estate Program from Harvard University, and Economic Literacy & Leadership training at Université de Sherbrooke.
