Griffin Guthneck

Griffin Guthneck is a seasoned professional in real estate investment banking, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle since July 2010. In this role, Griffin focuses on financial analysis and modeling across various asset types, particularly retail, office, and self-storage sectors, while also engaging in debt and equity originations, refinancing, recapitalizations, and investment sales. Prior to this position, Griffin worked as a Business Analyst at Harwood International, supporting the Project Manager on the St. James Park luxury residential development. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a real estate emphasis from Texas Christian University, where studies were completed in 2010.
