Hans Okerstrom, CCIM, is currently the Senior General Manager at JLL, overseeing operations for commercial real estate. Previously, Hans held the position of Senior Managing Director in Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, where they led efforts to create value for clients in the Twin Cities region. With over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, Hans has developed expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management. Before their tenure at Cushman & Wakefield, Hans served as Director at Transwestern and was instrumental in re-positioning iconic projects such as Baker Center and the Dayton's Project in Minneapolis. Hans earned a BA in International Relations and Political Economy from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
