Henrik Wranaker

Henrik Wranaker is currently the Vice President/Senior General Manager of Property Management at JLL, where they oversee various aspects of property management, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, and team building. Previously, they held positions in several companies, including Assistant Director of Property Management at Penzance, where they ensured the implementation of portfolio policies and mentored staff. Henrik also served as Senior Property Manager at Tishman Speyer, managing extensive office space and overseeing budget performance. They began their career as a Corporate Development Associate at Sequella, Inc. after earning a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Kristianstad University and studying Economics at California Lutheran University.
