Ian Bellis

Ian Bellis is a seasoned Risk and Compliance Director at JLL, with current responsibilities that highlight their expertise in risk management. Prior to this role, Ian served as a Regulatory Accountant at RICS from 2013 to 2020 and gained valuable experience as an Accountant and Service Charge Supervisor at Clement Keys from 2011 to 2013. Ian began their career as an Accounts Assistant at Pennycuick Collins and TOE Holdings between 2009 and 2011, supporting the preparation of financial accounts. Ian holds an Oxford Brookes Degree in Accounting and has completed ACCA and AAT qualifications through Kaplan Financial.
