Jake Sturman

Jake Sturman, SIOR, is currently serving as the Executive Managing Director at JLL, where they leverage over two decades of experience in industrial real estate and corporate services to guide clients through complex transactions. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Managing Director at JLL and Principal Vice President at Meridian Real Estate, where they became the youngest Principal in the company. Jake graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Human & Organizational Development and a minor in Financial Economics. Their expertise in leasing and logistics has played a crucial role in reinforcing JLL's status as a leader in the real estate industry.
