Pawel Wodz is the current Chief Executive Officer at AB Microfinance Bank. Pawel has previously worked as the Chief Credit Officer (Interim Chief Financial Officer) at AccessBank Tanzania Ltd from November 2012 to March 2014, and as the Chief Credit Officer (Deputy CEO) at AccessBank Liberia from January 2011 to November 2012. In December 2008, they began working as a Banking Consultant at LFS Advisory GmbH where they were responsible for the development of a market access strategy and feasibility study for the bank expansion to the northern regions of Tanzania (AccessBank Tanzania). Pawel acquired a comprehensive range of skills on microfinance lending technology through the Banking Management Program which they later used to pass on their knowledge to local staff from various African countries.
