James Massey

James Massey is currently a Director in Value and Risk Advisory for Affordable Housing at JLL, where they focus on valuations and advice related to affordable housing and residential portfolios. They began their career as an Assistant Asset Manager at Proudreed from 2006 to 2007, followed by a role as a Recruitment Consultant at Euro London Appointments until 2009. James then worked as a Graduate Surveyor at Maxwell Brown from 2010 to 2011 before joining JLL. They hold a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages with European Studies from the University of Bath and a MSc in Real Estate from London South Bank University.
