Javier Burgos

Javier Burgos is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at JLL since October 2017, Javier is responsible for executing the People Strategy across Latin America and managing a team of HR Advisors. As the owner and chef of "657 Puertas Adentro," a closed-doors restaurant, Javier applies skills in entrepreneurship. Previously, at IBM Latin America from May 2005 to February 2015, Javier held several key positions, including SSA HR Transformation Lead, where responsibilities involved supporting HR transformation and implementing SAP HRMS. Additionally, Javier contributed to complex service delivery projects and managed HR services across Latin America. Earlier, at Procter & Gamble from January 1993 to May 2005, Javier was the Employee Services Manager for Brazil and the Southern Cone, overseeing HR services for approximately 2,500 employees and managing payroll processes.
