Jeff Cairns

Jeff Cairns is the Executive Vice President of Office Tenant Representation at JLL, where they assist clients across all sectors in solving complex real estate challenges. Since 2021, they have focused on negotiating office leases, dispositions, and restructures, while also advising on industrial transactions. Prior to JLL, Jeff was a Vice President at CBRE from 2008 to 2021, and they hold a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, which they earned in 2005. Throughout their career, Jeff has successfully managed transactions totaling over five million square feet across North America, Europe, and Asia.
