Jeff Heit

Jeff Heit currently serves as the Assistant Chief Engineer at JLL since September 2017. Previously, Jeff held the position of District Facilities Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation for nearly 30 years, where responsibilities included managing facilities for 20 retail stores and 7 auto repair centers, overseeing HVAC and energy management systems, leading a team of maintenance technicians, and ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and ADA regulations. Jeff's earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Sergeant in the Military Police Corps for the US Army from June 1984 to June 1994, during which time participation in Desert Shield and Desert Storm occurred. Jeff earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from St. Petersburg College between 1998 and 2002.
