Jill Wilson is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience at Boeing, where they held various global leadership roles in material and logistics management. In their tenure, Jill significantly improved operational strategies, achieving notable successes such as increasing portfolio parts by 144% and growing a $1.4 billion program to $4.6 billion. Currently, Jill serves as the Director of Business Operations at JLL, where they continue to drive process improvements and foster strong cross-functional relationships. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master's in Aviation Safety from the University of Central Missouri.
