Jim Rice

Jim Rice is a seasoned professional who has served as Vice President at HOK from 1994 to 2013, where they were a key member of the Strategic Leadership Team and a senior consultant. With extensive experience as a designer in firms such as Jon Condoret Architects and John Sawyer Architects, Rice also operated as a freelance residential designer during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Currently, Rice is a Senior Vice President at JLL and a co-faculty member for CoreNet Global's Masters of Corporate Real Estate Program, recognized as one of the Top Rated Faculty from 2007 to 2019. They hold a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture and a Master’s degree in Architecture from North Carolina State University.
