Jim Whittaker is a Global Product Owner for Workplace at JLL and serves as the Head of Innovation & Optimization - Account Strategies on the Technical Services platform. With over four decades of experience in facilities asset management and facility management technologies, Jim previously held roles as President and CEO of Facility Engineering Associates and Global Head of Workplace Products at JLL. Jim has also served as Past Chair of IFMA's Board of Directors and the Board on Infrastructure and the Constructed Environment at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. A registered professional engineer, Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, and certified facility manager, Jim teaches Facility Management courses at George Mason University and other institutions.
