Johnny Sears

Johnny Sears is a seasoned professional in FHA Multifamily Production, currently serving as Vice President at JLL. They began their career at Wells Fargo, progressing through various roles including Loan Servicing Specialist II and III. Johnny later worked at Morgan Stanley and held the position of Vice President at both Sims Mortgage Funding, Inc. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on HUD FHA Multifamily and Healthcare Origination. Prior to their current role, Johnny was with Greystone from 2021 to 2024. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from the University of Arizona and an MBA in International Business from the University of East London.
