Jolienne Nickel

Jolienne Nickel, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Director, HRBP Lead at JLL since August 2013, where responsibilities include providing guidance on HR processes, performance management, and compensation planning while collaborating with international HR teams. Prior to JLL, Jolienne held various roles at General Growth Properties, Inc. from September 2006 to August 2013, including Human Resources Business Partner, where management of the Employee Life Cycle for approximately 500 employees was a key focus, and as a Senior Human Resources Data Analyst, where complex HR reporting and system maintenance were emphasized. Jolienne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue University between 1999 and 2004.
