Joy Varela, MBA, CSM, is an experienced Business Intelligence and technology lead with a background in corporate real estate. They hold a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Systems and Information Assurance from the University of New Mexico. Joy has a demonstrated history of implementing technology applications and improving processes, having served in various roles at Bernalillo County and JLL. Currently, they are an active participant as the Americas Co-Chair for the Latino Empowerment Resource Network (BRG), contributing to diversity and inclusivity initiatives.
