Kannavi Ranjan

Kannavi Ranjan is currently serving as the Director, People Experience Partner at JLL for Work Dynamics in West Asia since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kannavi held multiple positions at Flipkart from July 2014 to October 2024, including HR Partner for Technology-Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Customer Operations, as well as HR Business Partner and Learning and Talent Development roles. Kannavi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from ITM Group of Institutions.
