Kevin M. Davis

Kevin M. Davis serves as the Americas CEO for JLL Hotels & Hospitality, a position held since December 2021, and is a Senior Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, where employment began in May 2013. Prior roles include Managing Director within Jones Lang LaSalle's Hotels & Hospitality Group and Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank. Kevin also held a partnership position at FundCore Finance Group and was a Director in the Global Commercial Real Estate Group at Merrill Lynch. Kevin M. Davis earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. An undergraduate degree in Economics was obtained from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
