Marcin Drachal, MBCI, is the Director of Global Business Continuity Management at JLL, where they lead the company's BCM function, ensuring its systems align with strategic objectives across various geographies and business lines. With extensive experience in corporate resilience, Marcin has previously held roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, including EMEA Business Continuity Manager and Business Recovery Relationship Manager, focusing on business continuity, crisis management, and cyber security. A recognized subject matter expert, Marcin has spoken at the BCI World Conference in London and has a strong background in developing and implementing resilience strategies across multiple regions. Marcin holds a postgraduate degree in Security and Terrorism Threat Analysis from Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
