Maria Kook

Maria Kook is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in design management and project leadership, currently serving as a Sr Design Manager at JLL since October 2025. Prior to this role, Maria held significant positions including Senior Vice President and Director of Business Practices at CannonDesign, where emphasis was placed on aligning strategic priorities and enhancing operational success. Maria's experience includes managing a diverse healthcare projects portfolio at HKS, Inc., with notable clients like Baptist Health and Ascension, as well as leading healthcare and workplace projects at SmithGroup. Earlier in the career, Maria founded an independent architecture practice and accrued experience across various firms in both project management and architectural design.
