Martin Chiu

Martin Chiu is the National Director at JLL 仲量联行, where they head two teams of development consultancy professionals in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, specializing in mixed-use projects, shopping centers, and cultural tourism projects. Prior to this role, Martin served as Managing Director at CBRE in Shenzhen, leading a large team and providing integrated real estate services across various sectors. Their earlier experience includes a decade at CBRE Consulting in Hong Kong and a role as a Senior Analyst at Brooke Hillier Parker. Martin holds an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from The University of Reading and is currently pursuing a BA in Quantitative Analysis for Business at City University of Hong Kong.
